Malcolm Horn-Charnesky
Malcolm is the supervisor of the Foundation’s Inpatient Program and the Eating Disorder Treatment Team. Malcolm began working at Rimrock Foundation in 2006 as a counselor. Previously she worked as the Executive Director of a nursing home in Missoula, Montana. Malcolm is a native Montanan and received her Master’s in Social Work from Walla Walla College.
Abby McClelland, MSW, LAC
Abby is the primary therapist for our Eating Disorder Program. Abby holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Walla Walla College. She also completed a 2 year academic program on marriage counseling through Reading University in London, England. She has worked as a counselor at Rimrock Foundation since 2006. Her strong background in Family Therapy relates directly with issues frequently associated with eating disorders.
Donna Creek
Donna is our eating disorder Case Manager. She majored in Human Services at MSU-B, which supports her case management duties. Prior to her employment at Rimrock Foundation, Donna provided case management services for the Human Resources Development Council and was The Treatment Court Coordinator in Richland County. Donna supervises all aspects of the nutritional program and provides discharge planning services to assure that each patient has a comprehensive continuing care plan. Donna monitors each patient and ensures that all needed services are occurring.
Linda Allen, B.D., RD/LD
Linda is a Licensed Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Kentucky and intern experience at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She is registered with the American Dietetic Association and is licensed to practice in Montana and Texas. Linda provides nutritional assessments and supervises the meal plans of our eating disordered patients.

Rick Pullen, D.O.

Experience:
Dr. Pullen has been involved in the practice of Psychiatry in Billings since 2001. Dr. Pullen brings a vast amount of relevant experience and expertise to Rimrock Foundation. Before coming to Montana, he was Chief of the Division of Mental Health Services for the IOR Mountain Division U.S. Army at Fort Drum, NY. He also served as Medical Director for The West Tennessee Behavioral Center and at The Wyoming Behavioral Institute. More recently he has served as a staff psychiatrist at St. Vincent Hospital and at The Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch in Billings, Montana.
Sharon Wosnick, Ph.D. is our Clinical Psychologist and has an extensive background in addiction treatment in addition to psychology. Sharon provides all psychological testing services to all of our patients as well as providing individual and family therapy services to those patients with special issues who need adjunctive therapy services. Sharon comes to u s from California because, she says, she loves the mountains and hiking.
Many other fine professionals include our Medical Director George F. Sheckleton, MD, ASAM, and nursing team headed by Jon Gjersing, RN, all of whom contribute to the care of our eating disorder patients. Mona L. Sumner, MHA, ACATA, continues to head the clinical operations at Rimrock Foundation, as she has for many years, and welcomes your calls at any time.
